A Buyer's Price Declaration takes place when there is more than one buyer interested in a property and this process is known as the best way to negotiate with multiple buyers. Sellers often get tens of thousands of dollars more. Below is an example:

A Buyer's Price Declaration allows a skilled salesperson to negotiate with each buyer one-on-one to discover the buyer's highest price and best conditions. Each buyer then signs a Contract of Sale along with a Buyer's Price Declaration form declaring their highest price.

All Offers Are Kept Confidential

All offers are kept strictly confidential. Offers are then placed into sealed envelopes and are only opened along with all other offers in the presence of the seller.
